Having started my career in claims some 27 years ago, I have worked in various roles and product lines with insurers and brokers such as Direct Line Group, Allianz and BGL, specifically within technical claims management and claims strategies. My role here oversees the claims’ function, delivering our best practice approach to claims handling, continually assessing strategy and tactics to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service, commercial revenue and a controlled indemnity spend for all our partners.
