Background
I have worked in insurance for 16 years, covering many different roles and gaining extensive knowledge of the insurance marketplace. I joined the business at its creation and led the setup of all its key systems. I am also responsible for the management and implementation of many IT system and process changes within claims, fraud, finance, and MI. I'm proud of the progress Cogent Claims has made and delighted I've been able to play a leading role within the company's growth and success.
